While Medieval Jews agreed that if possible, circumcisions should be performed by men, they did accept that if no man was available (or capable), a woman was fit to do them. And if no Jew was available or capable, an expert gentile doctor was hired.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd LOVE to see what you CUT OUT! Sounds like great fodder for some adult ed or university classes ...
